What exactly do you help with?

We focus on three big things: growing your business (with more cashflow so you actually have options), implementing systems with accountability (no more “half-finished” projects), and creating more freedom in both your business and personal life.

How is this different from a regular business course?

Most courses dump information on you and then wish you good luck. Coaching with me is different—because it’s about implementation, not just information. You’ll get tools, resources, and real accountability so you actually do the work and see results.

Do I need to already have a big business for this to help?

Nope. Whether you’re just getting started or running multiple crews, the principles are the same. We’ll meet you where you’re at and focus on the one thing that will move the needle most for your business right now.

Yes. I don’t just teach theory—I give you the same tools, templates, and systems we use in my own business so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel.

How is faith part of your coaching?

My faith shapes how I lead and serve. I believe business should support your family, your calling, and your values—not compete with them. So while this isn’t a “Bible study,” I coach with integrity, faith-driven principles, and a bigger purpose in mind.
